- Fenugreek seeds - a pinch

- Curry leaves - 8~10
- Ginger - ½tsp, finely grated
- Garlic - 1 clove, finely minced
- Salt - as per taste
- For the Pakoras:

- Onion - 2 medium, thinly sliced

- Ajwain - ½tsp
- Turmeric - ½tsp
- Baking powder - ½tsp
