- Dissolve yeast in lowfat milk. Add in sugar, salt and butter. Mix well. Add in flour gradually mixing well after each addition. Knead and let rise till double in bulk. Heavily butter 2 (9 x 13 inch) pans. Lightly oil board and roll dough into a 1/4 inch thick rectangle. Spread 3 cups filling evenly over dough. Roll up tightly and seal edges by pinching. Cut into 24 (3/4 to 1 inch wide) slices. Let rise till double.Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 min. Glaze as soon as they come out of oven.
