Ingredientes

  • 1 can (21-ounce) apple pie filling
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 c. Low-fat baking mix
  • 1/4 c. Skim lowfat milk, at room temperature
  • 1/4 c. Granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine, melted

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 8" square pan with cooking spray. Spoon apple pie filling into prepared pan. Then, sprinkle cinnomon over top.
  2. Meanwhile, to prepare topping, combine baking mix, lowfat milk, sugar, and margarine in a mixing bowl. Drop by spoonfuls on top of filling. Bake for 25 min or possibly till golden.
  3. Serving Ideas : Serve with low-fat vanilla ice cream.
