- 1 can (21-ounce) apple pie filling
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 c. Low-fat baking mix
- 1/4 c. Skim lowfat milk, at room temperature
- 1/4 c. Granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine, melted

- Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 8" square pan with cooking spray. Spoon apple pie filling into prepared pan. Then, sprinkle cinnomon over top.
- Meanwhile, to prepare topping, combine baking mix, lowfat milk, sugar, and margarine in a mixing bowl. Drop by spoonfuls on top of filling. Bake for 25 min or possibly till golden.
- Serving Ideas : Serve with low-fat vanilla ice cream.
