Ingredientes

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 pkt Fleischmann's(r) Rapid Rise Yeast
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry parsley
  • 1 tsp dry thyme leaves
  • 1/2 tsp dry rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 tsp grnd sage
  • 3/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 x egg

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl, combine 1 1/2 c. flour, sugar, undissolved yeast, salt and herbs. Heat lowfat milk, water and butter till very hot (125 to 130 ); stir into dry ingredients. Stir in egg and remaining 1/2 c. flour to make stiff batter.
  2. Spoon batter into 12 greased 2 1/2- 1 1/2-inch muffin c.. Cover with wax paper; let rise in hot, draft-free place till almost doubled in size, about 30 min.
  3. Bake in preheated 400 F oven for 14 to 16 min or possibly till golden. Remove from muffin c.; cold on wire rack.
  4. Makes 12 rolls.
