Receta Quick And Easy Herb Rolls

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 pkt Fleischmann's(r) Rapid Rise Yeast
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry parsley
- 1 tsp dry thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp dry rosemary leaves
- 1/2 tsp grnd sage
- 3/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 1 x egg
Direcciones
- In large bowl, combine 1 1/2 c. flour, sugar, undissolved yeast, salt and herbs. Heat lowfat milk, water and butter till very hot (125 to 130 ); stir into dry ingredients. Stir in egg and remaining 1/2 c. flour to make stiff batter.
- Spoon batter into 12 greased 2 1/2- 1 1/2-inch muffin c.. Cover with wax paper; let rise in hot, draft-free place till almost doubled in size, about 30 min.
- Bake in preheated 400 F oven for 14 to 16 min or possibly till golden. Remove from muffin c.; cold on wire rack.
- Makes 12 rolls.
