Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Lean grnd beef
  • 1 1/4 c. Chunky salsa
  • 8 ounce Monterey jack cheese, cubed
  • 8 x Flour tortillas, warmed
  •     Sliced lettuce
  •     Minced tomato
  •     Sliced black olives

Direcciones

  1. Brown the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat till no longer pink. Pour off drippings. Stir in salsa and cheese; heat till cheese melts.
  2. To serve, divide filling among tortillas. Fold bottom edge of each tortilla up over filling; fold sides to center, overlapping edges.
  3. Top with lettuce, tomato and olives.
