- 1 lb Lean grnd beef
- 1Â 1/4 c. Chunky salsa
- 8 ounce Monterey jack cheese, cubed
- 8 x Flour tortillas, warmed
- Â Â Sliced lettuce
- Â Â Minced tomato
- Â Â Sliced black olives
Direcciones
- Brown the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat till no longer pink. Pour off drippings. Stir in salsa and cheese; heat till cheese melts.
- To serve, divide filling among tortillas. Fold bottom edge of each tortilla up over filling; fold sides to center, overlapping edges.
- Top with lettuce, tomato and olives.
