Receta Quick Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredientes
- Â Â The Blackberries in this cobbler can be replaced with other fruits or possibly
- Â Â berries,
- Â Â such as peaches or possibly blueberries
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 pt Blackberries
- 1 stk Margarine or possibly Butter
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. sugar for top of cobbler
- Â Â cinnamon and/or possibly nutmeg (optional)
Direcciones
- Sift together dry ingredients. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat 1 cube margarine in oven in 9"X13" pan. When melted, pour in dry ingredients and lowfat milk to make batter. Distribute fruit proportionately on top. Don't stir. Distribute 1/2 c. of sugar on top. Sprinkle cinnamon or possibly nutmeg on top. Bake about 30 min or possibly till done. Puncture crust with toothpick to determine if done.
