Ingredientes

  • 2 c. FLOUR
  • 2 tsp BAKING Pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp SALT
  • 1/4 c. EGG BEATERS
  • 1/4 c. SUGAR
  • 1/4 c. BUTTER Or possibly MARGARINE, MELTED
  • 1 c. CHOCOLATE CHIPS
  • 1 tsp CINNAMON
  • 3/4 c. SKIMMED Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. PREPARE PAN BY GREASING WITH BUTTER, MARGARINE Or possibly SOLID SHORTENING. IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE FLOUR, SALT, CINNAMON AND BAKING Pwdr. IN A DIFFERENT BOWL, BLEND Lowfat milk, EGG, SUGAR, CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND BUTTER. Add in FLOUR Mix ALL AT ONCE AND MIX ONLY Till FLOUR IS MOIST. Mix WILL BE LUMPY. SPOON Mix IN TO PREPARED PAN.
  2. IF USING A BREAD PAN - BAKE FOR 50 TO 70 Min AT 350 DEG F. Or possibly Till A PICK INSERTED IN THE MIDDLE COMES OUT CLEAN.
  3. IF USING MUFFIN C. - BAKE AT 400 DEG F. FOR 20 Min. REMOVE FROM PAN IMMEDIATELY, Cold ON WIRE RACK.
  4. NOTE:: IF USING A BREAD Or possibly LOAF PAN - LINE THE PAN WITH ALUMINUM FOIL TO MAKE REMOVING THE BREAD EASIER.
  5. MAKES 12 SERVINGS.
