Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. HERSHEY'S cocoa
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. White vinegar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 375'F. Line muffin c. (2 1/2" in diameter) with paper bake c.. In medium bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add in water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; beat with a whisk just till batter is mooth and ingredients are well blended. Fill muffin c. 2/3 full with batter. Bake 16-18 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan ti wire rack. Cold completely. Frost as desired.
