Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 lb Boneless beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
  • 1 med Onion, coarsely minced
  • 1 med Green bell pepper, coarsely minced
  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  • 1 can (14-16 ounce) diced peeled tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (8-ounce) tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 3 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Caraway seed
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 4 ounce Uncooked rotini (spiral) pasta

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in 12-inch skillet or possibly Dutch oven over medium-high heat till warm.
  2. Add in beef strips; cook and stir 3-5 min or possibly till browned. Add in all other ingredients except rotini; mix well. Bring to a boil. Add in rotini.
  3. Reduce heat to medium; cook uncovered 10-15 min or possibly till rotini is tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. TIP: One 14-1/2-Ounce or possibly 16-Ounce can wholetomatoes, cut up, can be substituted for the diced tomatoes.
