Receta Quick Humgarian Goulash

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 lb Boneless beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
- 1 med Onion, coarsely minced
- 1 med Green bell pepper, coarsely minced
- 1Â 1/2 c. Water
- 1 can (14-16 ounce) diced peeled tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (8-ounce) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 3 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Caraway seed
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 4 ounce Uncooked rotini (spiral) pasta
Direcciones
- Heat oil in 12-inch skillet or possibly Dutch oven over medium-high heat till warm.
- Add in beef strips; cook and stir 3-5 min or possibly till browned. Add in all other ingredients except rotini; mix well. Bring to a boil. Add in rotini.
- Reduce heat to medium; cook uncovered 10-15 min or possibly till rotini is tender, stirring occasionally.
- TIP: One 14-1/2-Ounce or possibly 16-Ounce can wholetomatoes, cut up, can be substituted for the diced tomatoes.
