  • 8 ears corn
  • extra virgin olive oil or melted butter
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • butter (optional)

  2. Brush corn with oil if using. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 15-20 minutes, until the corn is lightly browned, turing occasionally for even cooking
