Ingredientes

  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. bread flour
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast
  • 1/4 c. hot buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vinegar - any kind
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil or possibly margarine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 c. bread flour
  •     (can use mix of rye, or possibly wheat)
  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast

Direcciones

  1. Stir STARTER ingredients together in order given. Cover with plastic and set in hot location for 6 to 8 hrs, overnight is best.
  2. Place starter in bread pan, and add in remaining ingredients in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Process on appropriate cycle and light crust setting!
  3. This recipe yields a 2 lb. loaf.
  4. Yield: 1 loaf
