- Thoroughly mix meat, cheese, soup mix, salt, nutmeg and 1/2 cup lowfat milk. Shape well into small meatballs. Brown lightly in large frying pan shaking frying pan to keep balls round. Cover and cook 20-25 min.Remove meat and drain fat except for 1/4 cup. Blend flour into fat. Stir in remaining lowfat milk and Kitchen Bouquet. Cook till bubbly. Return meatballs. Cover and cook till heated. Serve over noodles.
