Ingredientes

  • Serves: 1.5 cups
  • about a pound of tomatoes (mine was a bit more than a pound)
  • ¾ of a white onion
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon allspice
  • Peel the onion and cut into quarters. Pulse in the processor just enough to get chopped up pieces. (do not make onion juice)
