Receta Quick Yeast Biscuits

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 T sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon soda
- 3 T shortening
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. lukewarm buttermilk
Direcciones
- Dissolve yeast in buttermilk. Add in shortening, then dry ingredients that have been sifted together. (May have to add in 1/4 cup flour for consistency desired). Roll and cut as you would biscuits. Place in greased pan and butter tops. Cover with cloth and place in warm place to let rise. If these are made before your meal is started they will be ready to serve with meal. Bake at 375 degrees till done.
