Ingredientes
- 5 c. flour
- 5 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 T salt
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 4 T hot water
- 2 c. buttermilk
Direcciones
- Mix flour, baking pwdr and salt. Work in shortening. Make a hole in flour and work lowfat milk and yeast in till well mixed. Knead well on a lightly floured surface. Bake in a hot 500 degree oven for 12-15 min.
