Receta Quinoa Casserole

- Roast rinsed Quinoa in skillet till it pops. Place Quinoa in a casserole dish and add in water. Heat oil, saute/fry onions, garlic and curry till onions are translucent/soft. Add in celery, broccoli and tomato, saute/fry briefly and add in to Quinoa. Add in shoyu and brown rice vinegar. Bake at 350 F. for 45 min.
