Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Eden Quinoa rinsed, then roasted
  • 1 1/3 c. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Eden Warm Pepper Sesame Oil (amount may be doubled)
  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 1 x Garlic clove peeled and pressed
  • 2 tsp Curry (optional)
  • 1 c. Celery, minced
  • 1 bn Broccoli, minced
  • 1 x Tomato, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Eden Shoyu
  • 2 Tbsp. Eden Brown Rice Vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Roast rinsed Quinoa in skillet till it pops. Place Quinoa in a casserole dish and add in water. Heat oil, saute/fry onions, garlic and curry till onions are translucent/soft. Add in celery, broccoli and tomato, saute/fry briefly and add in to Quinoa. Add in shoyu and brown rice vinegar. Bake at 350 F. for 45 min.
  2. Prep Time: 15 minutes.*
  3. Cooking Time: 45 minutes.*
  4. Yield: 5-6 servings
