Receta Quinoa Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Eden Quinoa rinsed, then roasted
- 1Â 1/3 c. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Eden Warm Pepper Sesame Oil (amount may be doubled)
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 x Garlic clove peeled and pressed
- 2 tsp Curry (optional)
- 1 c. Celery, minced
- 1 bn Broccoli, minced
- 1 x Tomato, minced
- 3 Tbsp. Eden Shoyu
- 2 Tbsp. Eden Brown Rice Vinegar
Direcciones
- Roast rinsed Quinoa in skillet till it pops. Place Quinoa in a casserole dish and add in water. Heat oil, saute/fry onions, garlic and curry till onions are translucent/soft. Add in celery, broccoli and tomato, saute/fry briefly and add in to Quinoa. Add in shoyu and brown rice vinegar. Bake at 350 F. for 45 min.
