Ingredientes

  • 2 tsp AM Unrefined Sesame Oil
  • 1 x Garlic clove pressed
  • 1 x Leek minced
  • 2 c. Cooked AM Quinoa
  • 1 1/2 c. Tofu w/ excess water removed
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk or possibly soymilk
  • 1 c. Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Grated cheese

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry first three ingredients till lightly browned. Add in tofu and Quinoa, continue to saute/fry for 2 min. Remove from heat and add in lowfat milk, gently stir mix. Lightly oil a casserole dish and coat with half of the bread crumbs. Keep remainder of the bread crumbs to top mix with.
  2. Place mix in the casserole dish and top with bread crumbs and cheese.
  3. Bake covered for 20 min at 350 F. Remove cover and allow cheese to brown. Season to taste with salt or possibly tamari and pepper.
