Ingredientes
- Parshe fish - 2, cut , cleaned and marinated with turmeric powder + salt
- Potatoes - 2, cut into long slices
- Cauliflower - a few florets
- Green chillies - 3
- Kalo jeere / Nigella seeds - 1 tsp
- Radhuni / Celery seeds - a pinch
- Jeera / Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Grated ginger - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Water - for gravy
- Oil - 2 + 2 tbsp ( I use mustard oil )
