Ingredientes

  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. shortening
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 6 c. flour
  • 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. raisins (minced or possibly whole
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 T flour
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Cream together sugars and shortening. Add in large eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add in lowfat milk. Sift dry ingredients and add in to creamed mix. Blend well. Cool in refrigerator about 2 hrs. Roll on lightly floured surface. Cut and place on cookie sheet. Put 1 tsp filling on each one. Add in another cookie on top. Bake in 350 degree oven about 10-12 min or possibly till brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.
  2. Cook till thick. Add in vanilla and nuts, if you like. Cool.
