Receta Raisin Filled Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 6 c. flour
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. raisins (minced or possibly whole
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 T flour
- 1 c. water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Cream together sugars and shortening. Add in large eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add in lowfat milk. Sift dry ingredients and add in to creamed mix. Blend well. Cool in refrigerator about 2 hrs. Roll on lightly floured surface. Cut and place on cookie sheet. Put 1 tsp filling on each one. Add in another cookie on top. Bake in 350 degree oven about 10-12 min or possibly till brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.
- Cook till thick. Add in vanilla and nuts, if you like. Cool.
