Receta Rajma with Brinjal curry
Ingredientes
- 1 cup of Rajma
- 1 big sized brinjal
- 1 onion
- 1 Big sized tomato
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tsp. of Ginger- Garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp. of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. of chilli powder
- 2 tsp. of coriander powder (you can adjust the powder acc. to your taste. I love the smell of coriander powder and hence 2 tsp.)
- Salt as needed
- Oil as needed
- For Seasoning
- 1 tsp. of aniseed
