Ingredientes

  • 1 cup of Rajma
  • 1 big sized brinjal
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Big sized tomato
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tsp. of Ginger- Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp. of turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp. of chilli powder
  • 2 tsp. of coriander powder (you can adjust the powder acc. to your taste. I love the smell of coriander powder and hence 2 tsp.)
  • Salt as needed
  • Oil as needed
  • For Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. of aniseed
