Receta {Ramadan Special} - Guest Post: Spring Rolls from Febina of Febi's Cookbook
Ingredientes
- Chicken boneless- 250 gms(boiled with some turmeric powder and salt and shredded to fine pieces)
- Onion- 2 finely chopped
- Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp
- Green chilly- 2
- Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
- Garam masala powder- ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves- ¼ cup
- Curry leaves- a stem
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Salt- to taste
- All purpose flour- 1 cup
- Egg-1
- Salt to taste
- Water enough to make a medium thick batter
- FOR COATING:
- Egg- 1
- Milk- 2 tbsp
- Bread crumbs- to coat the rolls
