Receta Ranch Pasta Salad with Bacon
One of my buddies said he could eat this salad from a trough!!!
As a shortcut, you can use already cooked bacon cut with scissors instead of cooking the bacon.
Ingredientes
- 1 (12 oz) pkg. uncooked tri-colored rotini pasta
- 10 slices bacon
- 1 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 large tomatoes, chopped or 15 grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 (3 oz) can sliced black olives
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Stir in rotini pasta and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until al dente, drain.
- Place bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook until evenly brown.
- Drain and chop.
- In a large bowl, ranch dressing mix and garlic powder.
- Add pasta, bacon, tomato, black olives and cheese and toss to coat with dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and chill at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
