Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. Minced onion
  • 1 x 10 ounces pa frzn peas and carrots, thawed*
  • 1 x 10 ounces pa frzn minced broccoli, thawed**
  • 1 x 8 3/4 ounces corn, liquid removed
  • 3 c. Cooked rice
  • 1 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in large skillet. Saute/fry' onion till crisp-tender. Add in peas and carrots, broccoli, and corn. Stir; heat thoroughly. Add in rice, garlic, salt, and pepper; stir till well blended.
  2. Makes 8 servings.
  3. Or possibly use 3/4 c. fresh peas and 1/2 c. grated fresh carrots.
  4. Or possibly use 1 1/4 c. fresh minced broccoli.
