Receta Randy Velarde's Garden Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. Minced onion
- 1 x 10 ounces pa frzn peas and carrots, thawed*
- 1 x 10 ounces pa frzn minced broccoli, thawed**
- 1 x 8 3/4 ounces corn, liquid removed
- 3 c. Cooked rice
- 1 tsp Garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp Grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Heat oil in large skillet. Saute/fry' onion till crisp-tender. Add in peas and carrots, broccoli, and corn. Stir; heat thoroughly. Add in rice, garlic, salt, and pepper; stir till well blended.
- Makes 8 servings.
- *Or possibly use 3/4 c. fresh peas and 1/2 c. grated fresh carrots.
- **Or possibly use 1 1/4 c. fresh minced broccoli.
