Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats -- uncooked
  • 10 ounce raspberry jam

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter; gradually add in sugar, beating till light and fluffy. Combine flour, salt, soda, and oats; add in to creamed mix. Press half of crumb mix into a greased 13- x 9- x 2 inch pan. Spread raspberry jam over crumb mix.
  2. Sprinkle remaining half of crumb mix over the jam. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 20 min. Cold and cut into bars.
  3. Yield: about 48 bars (1 bar perserving).
