Ingredientes

  • 3 c. All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 3 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 20 ounce Raspberries, Frzn
  •     Thawed And Juice Reserved
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Vegetable Oil

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda, and salt together. Mash raspberries well. Add in Large eggs and oil. Combine with flour mix. Mix well. (If batter appears too dry, add in reserved juice or possibly 1/4 c. lowfat milk.) Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour.
  2. Hint: Strawberries are a great substitute for the raspberries.
