  • ¼ cup cocoa nibs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
  • Ganache
  • 4 ounces dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream
