Ingredientes

  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 x egg beaten
  • 1 c. cool lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. fresh raspberries

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together in medium size bowl. In a small bowl blend egg, lowfat milk, and butter. Add in to the dry ingredients and mix just till lumpy.
  2. Add in raspberries, stirring gently. Don't over mix. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake for 25 to 30 min.
  3. This recipe yields 12 muffins.
