Ingredientes

  • 1 cup of rava
  • 1/2 cup of sugar (adjust according to your taste)
  • A pinch of cardamom powder
  • Few cashewnuts
  • Ghee
  • Preparation
  • Heat a pan, add 2 tsp. of ghee , toast the cashewnut until golden brown and keep it aside
  • In the same pan, add rava and fry it until a nice aroma comes from it. Remove from pan and allow it to cool
