Ingredientes

  • 2 c. sliced peeled apples
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 Tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. nuts, minced
  •     raisins, optional
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Mix sugar and apples together, let set until melted. Add in egg and oil and beat well. Add in dry ingredients and pour in 9-inch square loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees until done (approximately 40 min). Immediately cover with cooked warm sauce or possibly topping. May be topped with a little coconut.
  2. This cake will be real moist and will not dry out so quickly. For a big loaf pan size double the recipe.
