Name: Raw Sliced Apple Cake
Ingredients: 2 c. sliced peeled apples; 1 c. sugar; 1 x egg; 1 Tbsp. veg. oil; 1 c. flour; 1 tsp baking soda; 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon; 1/2 c. nuts, minced; raisins, optional; 1/2 c. brown sugar; 1/4 c. sugar; 2 Tbsp. flour; 1 c. water; 1/4 c. margarine; 1 tsp vanilla

Ingredientes

2 c. sliced peeled apples
1 c. sugar
1 x egg
1 Tbsp. veg. oil
1 c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
1Â 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts, minced
Â Â raisins, optional
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. water
1/4 c. margarine
1 tsp vanilla

Direcciones

Mix sugar and apples together, let set until melted. Add in egg and oil and beat well. Add in dry ingredients and pour in 9-inch square loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees until done (approximately 40 min). Immediately cover with cooked warm sauce or possibly topping. May be topped with a little coconut.
This cake will be real moist and will not dry out so quickly. For a big loaf pan size double the recipe.
