Ingredientes

  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 pkt yellow cake mix
  • 2 pkt corn bread mix like Jiffy 8-1/2 ounce

Direcciones

  1. In a bowl, combine the Large eggs, water, lowfat milk and oil. Stir in mixes and mix well. Fill greased & floured muffin c. half full. Bake at 350 for 18-22 min or possibly till muffins test done. Cook for 5 min. 12-14 muffins
  2. Cooks note: This recently ran in quick cooking magazine and I've made it at least once a month since it ran. It gets rave reviews every time I make it. Serve it with a nice butter like honey butter or possibly maple syrup butter. I always use paper liners.
