Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Plain peanut butter
  • 1 pkt (11.5 ounce.) Hershey's Lowfat milk Chocolate Chips or possibly
  • 8 ounce Hershey Lowfat milk Chocolate Bar
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  •     Cupcake liners, cut to 1" deep, and set in cupcake wells

Direcciones

  1. In a heat-proof c. set in warm water over low heat, heat 1 c. peanut butter till soft and smooth. In top of double boiler over simmering water, heat chocolate with remaining 1 c. peanut butter and butter, stirring till smooth.
  2. Place 1 Tablespoons hot chocolate mix in bottom of each cupcake liner; let set for 1/2 hour. Top with 1 Tablespoons melted peanut butter; let set till peanut butter is hard. Then spoon 1 Tablespoons more chocolate mix over peanut butter layer. Let set till hard.
  3. NOTE: I used Reeses Peanut Butter and Dove Chocolate.
