%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20recipe%20is%20a%20version%20of%20my%20Sweet%20Cornbread%20recipe....%20it's%20is%20light%20and%20airy%20and%20moist%E2%80%A6%20the%20cranberries%20add%20a%20little%20tartness%20to%20the%20sweetness%20of%20the%20corn%20bread..%20a%20winning%20combination!....%20oh%20and%20did%20I%20mention%20how%20easy%20it%20is%20to%20make?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHere%E2%80%99s%20the%20easy%20part..%20it%20uses%20a%20cake%20mix%20and%20two%20Jiffy%20Corn%20Muffin%20mixes%E2%80%A6%20yep..%20it%E2%80%99s%20that%20easy%E2%80%A6%20just%20a%20little%20tweak%20of%20the%20other%20ingredients%20and%20you%20have%20a%20wonderfully%20Sweet%20Cornbread...%20now%20add%20cranberries%20...%20and%20well..%20it's%20over%20the%20top%20with%20flavor!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETIPS%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFirst%20let%E2%80%99s%20talk%20about%20the%20size..%20this%20makes%20a%209%20x%2013%20pan%20of%20cornbread%E2%80%A6.about%20double%20the%20size%20of%20most%20cornbreads%E2%80%A6%20notta%20a%20problem..%20for%20sure%E2%80%A6%20it%20will%20disappear..%20trust%20me.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20use%20milk%E2%80%A6%20fat%20free%20(skim%20milk)%20instead%20of%20the%20water%20in%20the%20recipe%E2%80%A6%20my%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EButter%20Recipe%20cake%20mix%20box%20lists%202/3%20of%20a%20cup%20water%20and%20each%20of%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethe%20Jiffy%20Corn%20Muffin%20mixes%20list%201/3%20of%20a%20cup%20milk%E2%80%A6%20but%20that%20is%20really%20too%20much%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eliquid%20altogether%E2%80%A6%201%20cup%20is%20enough.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIf%20you%20substitute%20a%20yellow%20cake%20mix%E2%80%A6I%20recommend%20that%20you%20still%20use%20the%201%20cup%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eof%20milk%E2%80%A6%20and%20use%20the%20fat%20free%20milk%20because%20it%20has%20a%20consistency%20closer%20to%20water%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethan%20the%20other%20milks.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20found%20it%20mixes%20best%20if%20you%20mix%20the%20Butter%20Recipe%20Cake%20mix%20and%20the%20soften%20butter%20and%20eggs%20first%E2%80%A6%20using%20a%20hand%20mix%20on%20low%E2%80%A6%20add%20the%20milk..%20beat%20with%20the%20hand%20mixer%E2%80%A6.%20Then%20add%20the%20Jiffy%20Cornbread%20mixes%20and%20mix%20with%20a%20spoon%20by%20hand..%20if%20you%20just%20add%20everything%20as%20some%20other%20recipes%20tell%20you%E2%80%A6%20you%20end%20up%20with%20small%20(and%20some%20large)%20butter%20clumps%E2%80%A6%20which%20are%20a%20pain%20to%20disperse%E2%80%A6%20and%20you%20end%20up%20over%20mixing%20the%20cornbread%20mix.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20small%20bowl,%20toss%20the%20cranberries%20in%20about%202%20tablespoons%20flour...%20this%20will%20help%20keep%20them%20all%20from%20sinking%20to%20the%20bottom...%20some%20will%20still%20sink%20but%20most%20will%20stay%20throughout%20the%20bread.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBaking%20times%20vary%E2%80%A6%20I%20used%209%20x%2013%20baking%20dish%E2%80%A6%20I%20baked%20it%20a%20total%20of%2045%20minutes%E2%80%A6%20which%20is%20about%205%20minutes%20longer%20than%20my%20plain%20cornbread...%20I%20imagine%20the%20cranberries%20added%20a%20bit%20of%20moisture%20as%20they%20baked....%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20baked%20it%20for%2030%20minutes%20then%20tested%20it..%20the%20toothpick%20came%20out%20clean%20but%20the%20center%20jiggled%20too%20much%E2%80%A6%20gave%20it%20another%206%20minutes..%20it%20only%20jiggled%20a%20little%E2%80%A6%20took%20it%20out..%20the%20center%20pieces%20could%20have%20used%20a%20few%20more%20minutes%E2%80%A6.%20with%20that%20said%E2%80%A6%2045%20minutes%20should%20be%20about%20right%E2%80%A6.%20Depending%20on%20your%20oven.%20You%20want%20a%20toothpick%20coming%20out%20clean%20and%20no%20jiggle%20in%20the%20center%E2%80%A6%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIf%20the%20top%20starts%20to%20brown%20too%20much%20(it%20shouldn%E2%80%99t)%E2%80%A6%20just%20lay%20a%20piece%20of%20foil%20on%20top..%20just%20lay%20it%20loosely%E2%80%A6%20and%20you%20should%20be%20fine.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETry%20this%20delicious%20and%20easy%20Cranberry%20Cornbread....%20it's%20wonderful!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERecipe:%20%20Cranberry%20Cornbread%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAll%20you%20need:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAll%20you%20need%20to%20do:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20the%20oven%20to%20350%20degrees%20F.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESpray%20a%209%20x%2013%20baking%20dish%20with%20butter%20flavored%20cooking%20spray%20or%20grease%20with%20shortening.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20very%20large%20bowl,%20mix%20the%20cake%20mix%20eggs%20and%20butter.%20Using%20a%20hand%20mixer,%20mix%20for%20about%2030%20seconds%20or%20until%20well%20distributed.%20Add%20the%20milk%20and%20continue%20mixing%20for%20about%204%20minutes%20at%20medium%20speed.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20the%20Jiffy%20Corn%20Muffin%20mixes%20and%20mix%20with%20a%20spoon%20by%20hand%20until%20blended.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20small%20bowl,%20toss%20the%20cranberries%20in%20about%202%20tablespoons%20flour%20to%20coat%20them.%20%20Fold%20them%20into%20the%20batter%20until%20evenly%20distributed.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPour%20batter%20into%20the%20prepared%20baking%20dish.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%20for%2045%20minutes%20or%20until%20a%20toothpick%20comes%20out%20clean%20AND%20the%20center%20doe
