,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFiber%20One%20Honey%20Squares%20Cereal%20sample%20(this%20had%20a%20gross%20fake-sweetener%20aftertaste%20%E2%80%93%20Sucralose%20was%20on%20the%20ingredient%20list%20%E2%80%93%20but%20was%20very%20filling%20for%2080%20calories),%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eand%20a%20honey%20stick.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESince%20my%20trio%20only%20had%20about%20200%20calories%20or%20so,%20I%20supplemented%20breakfast%20with%20a%20Banana%20Nut%20Bar%20that%20Odwalla%20generously%20sent%20me%20to%20try%20out.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELove!%20%20I%20actually%20tried%20this%20in%20college%20(the%20first%20time!)%20and%20loved%20it%20then%20too.%20%20220%20calories,%20.5%20grams%20of%20saturated%20fat,%205%20grams%20of%20fiber%20and%204%20grams%20of%20protein.%20%20Plus%20it%20packs%20good%20amounts%20of%20many%20vitamins,%20including%2025%25%20daily%20value%20each%20of%20calcium%20and%20folate%20and%2050%25%20vitamin%20e.%20%20The%20bar%20is%20chewy%20and%20a%20bit%20crumbly,%20just%20like%20banana%20bread!%20%20I%20shared%20bites%20with%20two%20classmates%20who%20agreed%20that%20this%20was%20the%20best%20fake%20(%3C%E2%80%93%20aka%20not%20literally%20just%20a%20banana)%20banana%20flavor%20ever.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20breakfasts%20held%20me%20over%20nicely%20too;%20I%20had%20to%20run%20several%20errands%20after%20class%20and%20I%20didn%E2%80%99t%20get%20to%20eat%20lunch%20until%20close%20to%202:30.%20%20Actually,%20my%20breakfasts%20held%20me%20over%20well%20until%20around%201,%20and%20then%20I%20was%20cranky.%20%20I%20went%20frozen%20meal%20quick%20for%20lunch.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnother%20Lean%20Cuisine%20win,%20Chicken%20Enchilada%20Suiza.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20supplemented%20this%20meal%20with%20popcorn.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThere%E2%80%99s%20always%20room%20for%20Jell-O%20popcorn.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20took%20the%20doggy%20on%20a%20long%20walk%20this%20afternoon%20(that%E2%80%99s%20productive!)%20and%20before%20I%20knew%20it%20the%20husband%20was%20home%20and%20it%20was%20time%20for%20dinner.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENo%20matter%20what%20little%20tweaks%20you%20make%20to%20the%20ingredients,%20turkey%20Reubens%20are%20always%20good!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20guy%20was%20GH%20sourdough%20bread,%201000%20island%20dressing,%20sauerkraut%202%20slices%20of%20Applegate%20Farms%20Honey%20and%20Maple%20Turkey,%20and%202%20slices%20of%202%25%20Swiss.%20%20I%20ate%20at%20least%20another%20slice%20worth%E2%80%99s%20of%20bread%20in%20nibbles,%20Great%20Harvest%20is%20seriously%20the%20best.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWith%20roasted%20green%20beans%20on%20the%20side.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%20winner%20of%20a%20dinner.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBlue%20Fish,%20Red%20Fish,%20Green%20Dog?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECalling%20all%20pet%20owners,%20we%20could%20use%20some%20advice.%20%20How%20do%20you%20clean%20up%20after%20your%20dog%20while%20staying%20green?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdam%20and%20I%20pride%20ourselves%20on%20being%20pretty%20environmentally%20friendly%20but%20Webster%20seems%20to%20have%20doubled%20our%20plastic%20and%20paper%20consumption.%20%20Since%20he%20is%20home%20by%20himself%20for%20long%20stretches%20of%20time%20(and%20since%20he%20is%20a%20small%20dog%20with%20a%20small%20bladder%20in%20a%20third%20floor%20apartment)%20he%20has%20to%20do%20about%2050%25%20of%20his%20%E2%80%9Cbusiness%E2%80%9D%20inside%20the%20apartment.%20%20When%20he%E2%80%99s%20not%20out%20on%20a%20walk,%20he%20%E2%80%9Cgoes%E2%80%9D%20on%20pee%20pads.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20don%E2%80%99t%20feel%20bad%20about%20using%20these%20because%20they%20are%20basically%20unavoidable%20and%20we%20have%20him%20reuse%20each%20one%20two%20or%20three%20times.%20%20However,%20being%20the%20asshole%20that%20he%20is,%20only%20about%202/3%20of%20his%20going%20takes%20place%20on%20the%20pee%20pads.%20%20The%20rest%20of%20his%20business%20goes%20on%20the%20floor.%20%20Number%202%20requires%20a%20baggie%20and%20Clorox%20wipe%20(don%E2%80%99t%20worry,%20we%20use%20a%20different%20brand%20without%20harsh%20chemicals,%20I%E2%80%99m%20just%20too%20lazy%20to%20look%20up%20the%20name%20of%20them)%20and%20number%201%20requires%20several%20paper%20towels%20and%20wipe.%20%20I%E2%80%99ve%20thought%20about%20using%20paper%20towels%20for%20pick-up%20at%20home%20(wasting%20more%20paper%20but%20conserving%20plastic),%20but%20on%20walks%20we%20have%20to%20use%20a%20baggie.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20the%20past%20few%20months%20we%E2%80%99ve%20been%20leaving%20our%20reusable%20bags%20at%20home%20and%20reusing%20the%20plastic%20bags%20we%20take%20home%20from%20the%20grocery.%20%20This%20is%20the%20cheapest%20solution%20but%20Adam%20and%20I%20both%20felt%20badly%20about%20how%20wasteful%20it%20was.%20%20When%20we%20ran%20out%20of%20baggies%20and%20were%20forced%20into%20purchasing%20some%20I%20think%20we%20both%20were%20a%20little%20relieved%20(and%20we%E2%80%99ll%20go%20back%20to%20reusable%20bags%20for%20groceries).%20%20In%20fact,%20one%20of%20my%20errands%20today%20was%20purchasing%20these%20%E2%80%93%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThese%20Green%20Bone%20bags%20are%20biodegradable%20and%20made%20from%20cornstarch.%3C/p%3
