- Cook Long grain rice per directions
- Brown hamburger meat with garlic, salt, paper, mushrooms, and onion
- Combine hamburger mixture and Long grain rice.
- Stuff peppers
- Add tomatoes sauce to top
- Bake covered 375 covered 20 minutes
- Last 10 minutes uncovered
- Sauce-
- Add all ingertants to bowl
- Mash with fork or potato masher
- add 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic if desiered
