Receta Red Stuffed Peppers
With a little tweeking of the orginal faviorte. The whiole house will fall in love.
Ingredientes
- 4 Red Bell Peppers
- I C Long grain Rice ( Cooked)
- I lb Lean Hamburger meat
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- I small onion diced
- 2 C diced sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon papper
- (optional- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper)
- Sauce for the top-
- 1 can ( drained) diced tomatoes ( 5 fresh vine tomatoes)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cilantro
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Direcciones
- Cook Long grain rice per directions
- Brown hamburger meat with garlic, salt, paper, mushrooms, and onion
- Combine hamburger mixture and Long grain rice.
- Stuff peppers
- Add tomatoes sauce to top
- Bake covered 375 covered 20 minutes
- Last 10 minutes uncovered
- Sauce-
- Add all ingertants to bowl
- Mash with fork or potato masher
- add 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic if desiered
