Ingredientes

  • 1 c. margarine softened
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 x Large eggs
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 bot red food coloring (1 ounce. ea.)

Direcciones

  1. Cream magarine, shortening and sugar in bow till fluffy.
  2. Beat in Large eggs 1 at a time.
  3. Combine flour, baking pwdr, cocoa and salt in small bowl.
  4. Add in to creamed mix alternately w/lowfat milk. Mix well after each addition.
  5. Add in vanilla and coloring.
  6. Spoon into greased and floured tube pan.
  7. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Cold on wire rack.
  8. Frost with your favorite cream cheese icing.
