Receta Red Velvet Pound Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 c. margarine softened
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 x Large eggs
- 3 c. plain flour
- 1/4 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 bot red food coloring (1 ounce. ea.)
Direcciones
- Cream magarine, shortening and sugar in bow till fluffy.
- Beat in Large eggs 1 at a time.
- Combine flour, baking pwdr, cocoa and salt in small bowl.
- Add in to creamed mix alternately w/lowfat milk. Mix well after each addition.
- Add in vanilla and coloring.
- Spoon into greased and floured tube pan.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Cold on wire rack.
- Frost with your favorite cream cheese icing.
