%20a%20hot%20lunch%20is%20comforting.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20recently%20had%20a%20chance%20to%20try%20%22clean%22%20burritos%20by%20Red's%20All%20Natural.%20What%20makes%20them%20clean?%20%20Their%20products%20are%20100%25%20natural,%20preservative%20free,%20non-GMO,%20made%20with%20antibiotic%20and%20hormone%20free%20meat,%20and%20rBGH-free%20cheese.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMike%20and%20I%20love%20Mexican%20food,%20but%20it's%20not%20the%20healthiest%20choice,%20and%20when%20I%20think%20of%20frozen%20burritos%20I'm%20reminded%20of%20the%20kind%20they%20used%20to%20sell%20at%20the%20convenience%20store%20in%20my%20college%20town.%20They%20get%20hard%20in%20the%20microwave%20and%20are%20pretty%20much%20the%20worst%20thing%20you%20can%20eat.%20So%20we%20were%20happy%20to%20give%20Red's%20a%20try.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThey%20have%20several%20varietes,%20including%20chicken,%20steak,%20bean%20and%20cheese,%20even%20BBQ,%20in%2011%20oz%20burritos,%20and%20a%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E5%20oz%20snack%20size.%20There%20is%20also%20a%20line%20of%20Quesadilla's,%20made%20with%20buffalo%20chicken,%20pulled%20pork,%20and%20steak.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20first%20one%20I%20tried%20was%20bean%20and%20rice,%20which%20I%20had%20for%20lunch%20on%20a%20No%20Meat%20Monday.%20%20You%20can%20microwave%20them,%20but%20since%20I%20had%20time%20I%20put%20it%20in%20the%20oven,%20which%20I%20made%20the%20tortilla%20crispy.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAs%20you%20can%20see,%20the%20beans%20were%20whole,%20and%20not%20mushy,%20with%20a%20nice%20mix%20of%20corn,%20onion,%20tomato,%20cheese%20and%20brown%20rice.%20%20I%20usually%20put%20a%20side%20of%20salsa%20on%20mexican%20food,%20but%20I%20didn't%20need%20it%20here.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMike%20had%20the%20chicken,%20then%20steak%20burritos%20for%20lunch%20two%20different%20days%20while%20he%20was%20at%20work.%20He%20didn't%20take%20a%20picture,%20but%20he%20said%20it%20was%20quality%20meat,%20not%20like%20the%20mystery%20meat%20you%20usually%20find%20in%20frozen%20products.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENext%20up%20was%20the%20Buffalo%20Chicken%20Quesadillas.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20again%20the%20quesadillas%20were%20filled%20with%20real,%20quality%20ingredients.%20This%20time%20I%20added%20some%20salsa%20for%20dipping,%20and%20paired%20it%20with%20a%20salad%20to%20complete%20my%20lunch.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20verdict?%20I%20shy%20away%20from%20frozen%20convenience%20foods,%20but%20I'll%20keep%20a%20supply%20of%20Red's%20in%20our%20freezer%20for%20when%20we%20need%20a%20quick%20lunch%20that%20is%20actually%20good%20for%20you,%20and%20tastes%20great%20too!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYou%20can%20find%20Red's%20in%20most%20major%20grocery%20chains,%20including%20Target.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*Note:%20I%20was%20sent%20samples%20of%20Red's%20products%20for%20the%20purpose%20of%20this%20review.%20The%20opinions%20of%20the%20product%20are%20my%20own.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
