Ingredientes

  • 2 (6 1/2 ounce) cans minced or possibly chopped clams (reserve juice)
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 beaten large eggs
  • Oil for frying

Direcciones

  1. Sift flour with baking pwdr, salt and pepper. Add in 2/3 cup clam juice, 2 beaten large eggs. Beat smooth, mix in clams. Fry in hot fat by tbsp till brown. Drain onto paper toweling.
