Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Rhubarb, diced
  • 1 c. Sugar, granulated
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour, all-purpose
  • 1/2 c. Sugar, brown
  • 1/2 c. Flour, all-purpose
  • 1/4 c. Oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. Butter, unsalted
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Place rhubarb in 8x8" baking dish. Combine granulated sugar and 3 Tbsp. flour. Sprinkle over rhubarb.
  2. Combine brown sugar, remaining flour, oatmeal and salt. Cut butter into mix as for pastry. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at 350F for 35 min.
