- Mix cake according to package directions. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13x2" pan. Dump rhubarb on top.
- Dump sugar on top of rhubarb. Pour whipping cream over sugar.
- Bake at 350 deg. F for 50-60 min, till cake part tests done. Serve bottom side up. Rhubarb, sugar, and cream sink and combine to make a custard layer.
