Ingredientes

  • 2 x layer yellow box cake mix
  • 1 x Large eggs, butter, water, oil, whatever mix requires for batter
  • 4 c. rhubarb sliced in 1/2" slices
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pt (16 ounce.) whipping (or possibly heavy) cream

Direcciones

  1. Mix cake according to package directions. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13x2" pan. Dump rhubarb on top.
  2. Dump sugar on top of rhubarb. Pour whipping cream over sugar.
  3. Bake at 350 deg. F for 50-60 min, till cake part tests done. Serve bottom side up. Rhubarb, sugar, and cream sink and combine to make a custard layer.
