Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt yellow cake mix
  • 4 c. minced fresh or possibly frzn rhubarb
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  •     Whipped cream and fresh mint - optional

Direcciones

  1. Prepare cake batter according to package directions. Pour into a greased 13x9" baking pan. Sprinkle with rhubarb and sugar. Slowly pour cream over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min or possibly till golden. Cold for 15 min before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and mint if you like.
  2. Chill leftovers.
